Event/Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy

The styleunlock Events Team may, at its sole judgment, choose to cancel an event for any reason. Styleunlock reserves the right to cancel an event due to low registration or other condition which would make the event non-viable.

In this case, our events team will inform you via the listed email address and/or telephone number provided at registration.

If styleunlock cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund (Please note that the amount of cancellation will be limited to only the registration fee amount. Online payment fees and taxes will not be refunded, payable towards online payment processing. ) .

Refunds will be made using internet banking.

Circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, styleunlock has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registrants are mandatory to pay a normally NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION fee as prescribed in the respective registration fee details. The fee once paid will normally NOT be refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for future events.

Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e-mail to [email protected] Secretariat by the original registrant within three days from the date of registration . Transfer request received after the expressed deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

These above policies apply to all styleunlock Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event material. Please read all respective event information exhaustively.

The styleunlock Events Team reserves the right to refuse admission to any event attendee it believes does not meet the qualifications to attend and/or provided fraudulent information during registration. Any attendee may be asked to leave the event for any reason, such as exhibiting uncontrollable or disruptive behavior. There will be no refunds to anyone in these circumstances.

It is mandatory for the users to maintain specific invoice and Transaction ID numbers, which would be provided at the time of placing a petition. This number would be required to address any problems, if any.

No refund in any case whatsoever can be claimed from styleunlock for the amount paid offline to the Organisers directly by the user.

All registration fees event managed using styleunlock have to be paid either online through with Payment Gateway Service Provider, in which case payment details have to be manually entered in the system by the registrant.

Registrants facing the problem of deduction of registration fee amount (successful online payment) without getting the system payment record updated are required to submit the request for update of payment details along with invoice/transaction details separately by an email at [email protected] For failed online payment, or in case your credit card/debit card/payment account has been accidentally over-charged, the Payment Gateway Service Provider will be responsible for making a full automatic refund of the charged / overcharged amount to your account. In the rearward scenario, if the transaction amount during payment of the registration fee happens to be less than the actual fee amount, the Payment Gateway Service Provider will debit the outstanding amount from your Payment Account and notify you of the same.

styleunlock will have no role in failed transactions and fraudulent use of card/net banking in any manner. Users / Registrants are well-advised to use their own debit/credit card/net banking. Registrants will be entirely responsible for using debit/credit card & net banking for payment of registration fees. Any fraudulent transaction/attempt will attract action as per service rules and relevant section of Indian Penal Code (IPC). Registrants providing improper details will not be allowed to attend or present the event and the registration fees will be forfeited.

The user/registrant further agrees and undertakes to provide accurate and valid debit/credit card / Net Banking details. In default of the above conditions, Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be entitled to recover the amount of transaction from the user against whom the credit/debit card/Net banking has been used.Further, Payment Gateway service provider/Bank also reserves the right to initiate any legal action for recovery of cost/penalty or any other punitive measure, as it may deem fit.
